1. When and how did you become a Christian? Tim Herode: "I accepted Christ as Lord and Savior in 1982 at Small House Baptist Church in Centertown, KY, and was baptized in Green River." 2. How did becoming Christian change you? Tim Herode: "It not only saved and redeemed me, but also set me on a new path here on earth." 3. How would you describe your relationship with Jesus today? Tim Herode: "Up close and personal." 4. In the past 12 months, about how many minutes have you spent in prayer daily? Tim Herode: "I don’t have a timer log, but I have spent hours in prayer." 5. In the past 12 months, how many minutes of Bible reading have you averaged daily? Tim Herode: "Again, I don’t have a timer set. I read daily. My relationship with Holy Spirit is very active." 6. In the past 12 months, what percentage of your income have you returned to God? Tim Herode: "My wife and I have been tithing since we were married nearly 26 years ago." 7. In the past 12 months, how many non-Christians have you told why Jesus died? Tim Herode: "I don’t believe in belt notching. I live my life so that my actions speak louder than my words. They don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care." 8. In the past 12 months, how many church services have you attended? Tim Herode: "I’m a licensed pastor (not employed by or the “lead pastor”) at Freedom House Church in Byron, CA. That’s where I regularly attend." 9. Which church in which town do you attend most regularly? Tim Herode: "Freedom House Church in Byron, CA." 10. Which gift(s) has the Holy Spirit given to you and what fruit(s) have they borne? Tim Herode: "Speaking in tongues, prophetic, discernment, interpretation, healing, multiple prophetic words given. Some have been encouraged to go deeper in their walk due to hearing me interpret tongues because they were amazed when I heard from the Lord."
